Honest easy and fast!!!!

I bought a 2025 Roadglide mid-December. Our salesman Jaden was absolutely awesome and very patient. Jaden walked me all the way through the process. In Finance Alexis was ready and quick with all of our paperwork. Cooper in parts took care of all my upgrades and add-ons telling me he would take care of it and did. Finally, Marshall in service was handling the upgrades was very thorough, walked me through the process and scheduled the work. This wasn't my first time buying a Harley but was my first time with Destination. We were in and out within an hour and it was painless. I wouldn't consider buying a Harley anywhere else.

Traveling through and need a repair? These guys will get you back enjoying the throttle therapy that you love. The mechanics can do simple repairs to full rebuilds. Warranty work? You bet!!! They take care of you there, too.All in all, we have purchased 8 motorcycles through Destination Harley of Tacoma. When we walk through the doors of Destination, we walk in to see our family there. Sometimes we show up just to hang out and have coffee. This is my 2nd TGU but the first that I purchased thru Ed and gang. Road name is BONE, I ride with CVMA 11-1 outta Bremerton. I am a USN Mustang, so I'm friggin weird to start with. My sweetheart is GiGi, she's a '22 TGU that I called Grey Ghost upon sight! That's been about 23k mi ago. Got her in Dec 22. Oh yeah, remember weird.....did a little trip in May 2023 called Run For The Wall. That's where ya head down to Ontario CA join up with some other Vets and supporters and HEAD EAST!! No not the band....there's 3 routes across these beautiful lower 48, chose Central route cuz it passed through my hometown area. Platoon 12 got a ol' Sailor a spot as the tailgunner for Plt 12 and off we went!

Yes, GiGi has had work/maint done by my dealer. they even came and got her AND brought her back!! I live WEST of Port Angeles....it's about a 120 mi trip one way to Tacoma. I have a circle drive that every driver has appreciated, it's gravel but I grew up on a farm and no how to prune crappy limbs outta the way!

Ive been a customer of Destination Tacoma for 4 years, purchasing numerous parts, clothing, service, and my latest 2024 Road Glide. My experience with all aspects of the store has been exceptional with a family friendly atmosphere and customer first attitude. John was the salesmen who I bought my last bike from in 2024, with no pressure sales and a wealth of knowledge answering all my questions.

This location is amazing. Went in to get my first Harley and Jon got me a better bike than I went in for. I genuinely felt like part of a club. Everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming. From service to the manager, smiles on everyones face. They wanted to earn my business not just sell sell sell. Im 3 hours away, but will for sure be using them as my Harley home. Customer for life.

I purchased a 2023 Ultra Limited last Saturday, Feb 8, 2025. The experience was fantastic. I got such a great deal that it was an easy decision. Jaden, my sales rep, was awesome! No sales pressure, and he was able to answer all of my questions about the bike, parts, numbers breakdown, etc. Scott, finance, was just as great. He provided me with detailed answers to my questions about financing and service plans. They both even followed up with me days later with some additional questions that I had! In addition to my research, both Jaden and Scott really helped me to make an informed decision on the bike, financing, service plans, accessory installation, and delivery. All that remains is the delivery to my home (I love this service)! I was hoping to have a smooth, hassle-free, and low-pressure experience as I did when I bought my first Harley Davidson through the deployed military program. Destination Harley Davidson delivered the goods!

What a great experience from the day I spoke with Marshall in the Service Department to Jeff picking up and delivering my bike in Olympia. And working with Allen in the Parts Department what a great team. Never had such good service in all my years it was great. In the market for a new bike due to mine being totalled and John my sales rep was very empathetic to not pushing and waiting until I was healed up and could test ride bike safely. He was very informative, obviously a true rider himself so helped in answering my questions and did not try to oversell but get me into just what I needed. Went to the new 2024 Road Glide after many years of being a batwing guy and am very happy with the final decision and help from John and supporting staff. Gene

Im from NC and did an Alaska ride. I was on my way to Seattle and my 2021 RKS had an issue. I contacted this HD and spoke to Austin in the service department. He helped me with clearing codes. Unfortunately, I had to get the bike towed to the dealership. The next day, Austin got the bike back into the back first thing in the morning. The mechanic figured out the problem. Bike was fixed. They also recommended tires and luckily they had my Dunlop American Elites. They made time for me and the service. The service department went above and beyond making time for me!
